What it costs, and what that buys

Eleven thousand one hundred and eleven dollars a month. One hundred and thirty-three thousand three hundred and thirty-two a year. Published here rather than arranged in private, because at this level a number that will not say itself is not discretion — it is a negotiating position, and we do not have one.

What it covers, without an asterisk anywhere: the four island retreats, nine days each; both galas; the nine months of individual work that hold the year between them; and everything the house publishes — two hundred and ninety-one volumes, eleven million words, two hundred and twenty-two of them read aloud, and every app it builds, for as long as you are in the Circle.

Travel to the island is yours. Everything on it is ours. There is no per-retreat invoice, no add-on tier, no upgrade, and nothing on the island has a price on it.

Where the figure actually goes

Thirty-six days a year on an island rented in its entirety, for eleven people. That is $3,703 a day — for the island, the house on it, the practitioners, the instrumentation, every meal, and a cohort small enough that nobody is a delegate.

A private island of the kind this requires lets for between forty and a hundred thousand dollars a week when it lets at all, and it lets to a party, not to a programme. Eleven people taking one whole for nine days, four times a year, is most of the figure before a single practitioner is paid.

The retreats alone account for the price. Everything else in this document is the part we do not charge for.

The nine months between them are not a newsletter and not a portal. They are individual work at weekly cadence, which is the only reason the island produces change rather than a very good nine days. A container that ends at the airport is a holiday.

It is a fair question and it deserves the real numbers rather than a comparison drawn to flatter us.

We are the most expensive thing on that list and it would be strange to pretend otherwise. What the others are selling is access — to a room, to a list, to peers. Access scales, which is why fourteen hundred people can have it and why it costs what it costs.

This does not scale and is not meant to. Eleven is the number at which a group can hold one person's actual crisis for nine days without anybody performing. Twelve is a smaller conference. The cap is the product.

Everything else on that list is a network you join. This is a year somebody spends on you.

And one thing none of them do: the frameworks used here were written and published by the person using them — two hundred and ninety-one volumes, deposited with DOIs, free to read before you decide anything. You can audit the method for the price of an afternoon. That is an unusual thing to be able to say about work at this figure, and it is the whole reason the library is included rather than sold.

The term
A year, running from your first retreat rather than from the first payment.
The deposit
One month down. Nine months of engagement.
If you miss a retreat
It carries to the next one. Nothing is forfeited and nothing is refunded for absence — the island was taken whole either way.
If we cannot hold the year
Every month you paid for time not delivered is returned, in full, without a conversation.
Leaving
At any month boundary. The library stays open until the term you have paid for ends.
The record
What is never created cannot later be produced. The Protocol says exactly which is which.
Transfer
A seat is yours and is not transferable. A cohort of eleven is a cohort of eleven people, chosen.
What it is not
Not therapy, not investment advice, not a network. The Concierge Eleven is the one-to-one engagement and stands on its own.
